Robert Fry, CEO & Founder

After training in catering colleges in both London and Switzerland for over 30 years, I have gained worldwide experience working in countries such as Hong Kong, Switzerland and Canada before starting up my own business in the UK.

I have previously founded and then operated for over 20 years, a bespoke catering services company that catered to the world’s elite, high-net-worth individuals and Royal family members both domestic and international, direct to their private jets at airports throughout the south of England.

I am now embarking upon a new adventure.

Continuing my passion for the best sources of fine foods, I have founded a new venture specialising in air-dried, pork-free Prosciutto (similar to the style of Parma Ham).

All produce is naturally cured as nature intended, using only one ingredient – salt. No colouring, chemicals or additives are used in the process, allowing all the natural flavours to combine to produce a unique, yet wonderful flavour. 

Our products are not mass produced as they are individually hand crafted to the finest air-dried Prosciutto. They are limited edition – so when they are gone, they are gone!

All animals are raised onsite, from hatching through to processing. We have also partnered with local organisations to bring us fresh British, local shot pheasants and partridges from October through to February.

We specialise in smoked and unsmoked varieties and offer a variety of meats: Guinea fowl, Pheasant, Partridge, Duck, Goose and Chicken.
